Atlanta Falcons Summer Camps is five days of football instruction and competition within our custom-built curriculum for children ages 5-13. We are looking for football coaches who attack each day with enthusiasm for the sport and want the opportunity to inspire youth players, possess the ability to communicate and connect with a variety of ages, interests, and skill levels while approaching each day’s unique challenges with energy, patience, and a sense of humor. We provide the training, football curriculum & daily camp schedules along with all equipment for a successful camp but need you to bring camp to life with your enthusiasm, dedication and unmatched energy.

• Mentor, coach and lead a team of campers through pre-written football curriculum and game play, fostering a respectful and positive atmosphere, while engaging campers throughout the day with high energy, integrity and passion
• Ensure physical, social, and emotional safety of all campers by consistently implementing all camp protocols, forming connections with each camper within your group and fostering a supportive team environment for all campers on your team
• Represent the Falcons professionally and respectfully throughout all facets of your day to campers, parents, site and facility partners and any guests you encounter while on the clock and in uniform
• Be a loyal, dedicated and responsible team member who consistently shows up on time and ready to work for the campers and the rest of your team
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by the camp leadership team

• Experience playing and/or coaching football (2 years preferred)
• Experience working with children in a camp, school or sport setting (2 years preferred)
• Passionate about football and making a positive impact on the lives of children, families, and coaches
• Committed to the camp mission, the rest of your team and the campers
• Dedicated and a willing to learn
• Able to remain upright and standing for multiple hours at a time, to walk and/or run quickly around large outdoor grass-covered fields, and ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. of sports equipment

• Work in football, being active and outdoors all summer in and around Atlanta
• A mid-season complementary catered lunch for all staff on-site

• Camp Dates & Locations: June 5th - July 21st, no camp the week of July 3rd

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:45 am-6:15 pm (or whenever all campers have left for the day)
• Compensation:
  • Assistant Coaches: $9/hour - $12/hour
  • Coaches: $13 / hour
• Extended employment opportunities: PM Aftercare Coach (overtime paid at 1.5x agreed upon hourly wage)
