Atlanta Falcons Summer Flag Football Camps deliver summer football experiences that kids can’t get at any other summer camp. Designed for ages 5-13, At Falcons Camps, young fans learn the game, celebrate Falcons traditions, and feel the magic of being part of the Atlanta Falcons family. Each day blends football joy, Pro-Level moments, and unforgettable memories - all designed with intention. Campers build confidence, form friendships, and get exclusive access to the energy, history, and culture of the Falcons.
As the Site Director, you are responsible for delivering high-quality, intentional weeks of camp that reflect Atlanta Falcons tradition, Headfirst standards, and a fan-first approach to programming. You oversee daily operations, lead and support your on-site leadership team and coaches, and make real-time decisions that keep camp running smoothly and safely.
Beyond structure and logistics, Site Directors are the spark behind the experience. You set the tone each week by bringing professionalism, positive energy, and genuine Falcons pride while leaning into creativity and play. You help turn ordinary camp days into memorable football moments by introducing traditions, building excitement, and finding small ways to make kids feel like they are truly part of the team.
From arrival to dismissal, you sweat the details, support your staff, and help create the kind of camp experience kids talk about long after the week ends.

Headfirst delivers thoughtfully designed, high-quality summer and youth experiences built to elevate potential and exceed expectations. For over 25 years, we’ve partnered with families, schools, and organizations to create environments where kids feel supported, challenged, and confident trying new things.
What makes Headfirst different is intentionality. We don’t wait and hope growth happens - we design for it. Our programs are carefully structured, and our staff are trained to spot, create, and celebrate breakthrough moments. These Headfirst Moments - when a camper pushes past fear, tries something new, or surprises themselves - are built into every day.
We believe great experiences are built on relationships. Our teams prioritize genuine connection, creating welcoming environments where campers feel seen and known, staff feel supported, and families trust that every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Behind the scenes, a professional, year-round Headquarters team supports our seasonal staff with training, systems, and clear expectations so camps run smoothly and consistently.
When you join Headfirst, you’re joining a team that takes pride in doing things well. We care deeply about the experience we deliver, the people we work with, and the impact we have on kids and families. The work is meaningful, the standards are high, and the summers are unforgettable.
