Site Director, Atlanta Falcons Summer Camps: 2025-3489

The Position

Atlanta Falcons Summer Flag Football Camps deliver summer football experiences that kids can’t get at any other summer camp. Designed for ages 5-13, At Falcons Camps, young fans learn the game, celebrate Falcons traditions, and feel the magic of being part of the Atlanta Falcons family. Each day blends football joy, Pro-Level moments, and unforgettable memories - all designed with intention. Campers build confidence, form friendships, and get exclusive access to the energy, history, and culture of the Falcons.

As the Site Director, you are responsible for delivering high-quality, intentional weeks of camp that reflect Atlanta Falcons tradition, Headfirst standards, and a fan-first approach to programming. Beyond structure and logistics, Site Directors are the spark behind the experience. You set the tone each week by bringing professionalism, positive energy, and genuine Falcons pride while leaning into creativity and play. You help turn ordinary camp days into memorable football moments by introducing traditions, building excitement, and finding small ways to make kids feel like they are truly part of the team.

From arrival to dismissal, you sweat the details, support your staff, and help create the kind of camp experience kids talk about long after the week ends.
