The Chicago Cubs Baseball Camps Site Leader will work on-site at each of our camp locations throughout the summer and will be the role model for all campers and staff – showcasing unparalleled levels of dedication, integrity, and professionalism within the Headfirst Professional Sports Camps community. The Site Leader must always prioritize operating a safe and secure camp, taking personal responsibility for the physical and emotional well-being of every program participant. The Site Leader role requires the ability to not only coach your staff up, but also provide constructive feedback while working closely with the Headfirst Professional Sports Camps headquarters team to ensure that each ballplayer and team member on-site has a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience.

Reporting to the Site Leader, the Baseball Specialist at Chicago Cubs Baseball Camps will be tasked with ensuring curriculum excellence across our five (5) camp divisions while ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and well-being of every ballplayer. The Baseball Specialist will have mastered the Headfirst Professional Sports Camp curriculum and can serve as a resource for their teammates to ensure proper execution of age and skill-appropriate baseball instruction during the camp day. This individual can facilitate and implement the curriculum but can also identify areas for curriculum adaptation/extension for various campers. The Baseball Specialist must be able to provide constructive feedback while working closely with the Headfirst headquarters team to ensure that each camper and team member on-site has a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience. Additionally, the baseball specialist will serve as our customer experience representative – for all things curriculum – including but not limited to: player evaluation, team change management, and general curriculum questions. This individual will find innovative ways to provide families with personalized feedback on their ballplayers.

Our Coaches provide their ballplayers with guidance and instruction throughout the camp day, always encouraging a respectful and positive atmosphere so that each player experiences success while at camp. The Camp & Safety Coordinator oversees and ensures the day-to-day safety of all program participants; safety is Headfirst Professional Sports Camps’ foremost concern, and the Camp & Safety Coordinator must always prioritize safety above all else. Finally, the Camp & Safety Coordinator acts as the on-site representative of the Talent Department – managing staff timecards while addressing any staff questions or concerns.

United Soccer Camps acts as the epicenter of successful camp operations, spending each camp day on the move as they ensure all camp programs and activities are prepared for campers. The Facilities Coordinator must execute a smooth and efficient operation of the site so that campers can get the most out of their camp experience while being able to resolve issues before they arise. The Facilities Coordinator’s duties are physically rigorous, so this individual must possess a tenacious work ethic, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude.

A Division Lead Coach is a thoughtful, empathetic, and approachable leader who holds their divisional team to the same high standards to which they hold themselves. Finally, a Division Lead Coach is a friendly customer experience representative who finds innovative ways to provide families with personalized feedback on their campers.

Reporting to the Site Leader, the Baseball Specialist at Washington Nationals Baseball & Softball Camps will be tasked with ensuring curriculum excellence across our five (5) camp divisions while ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and well-being of every ballplayer. The Baseball Specialist will have mastered the Headfirst Professional Sports Camp curriculum and can serve as a resource for their teammates to ensure proper execution of age and skill-appropriate baseball instruction during the camp day. This individual can facilitate and implement the curriculum but can also identify areas for curriculum adaptation/extension for various campers. The Baseball Specialist must be able to provide constructive feedback while working closely with the Headfirst headquarters team to ensure that each camper and team member on-site has a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience. Additionally, the baseball specialist will serve as our customer experience representative – for all things curriculum – including but not limited to: player evaluation, team change management, and general curriculum questions. This individual will find innovative ways to provide families with personalized feedback on their ballplayers.
