Schedule: 7:45 am – 3:30 pm Monday; 8:15 am – 3:30 pm Tuesday – Friday

Reporting to the Site Leader and Camp & Safety Coordinator, a Division Lead Coach manages the coaches with a division (based on age groups) and is an expert on curriculum while ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and well-being of every player. The Division Lead Coach will be a leader among their team, supporting other staff while leading a group of their own, delivering consistent and enriching instruction.
Camper ages: 5-13 years old

They must have experience both on the baseball field and in the classroom to lead the baseball-related activities, games, and projects that campers do after camp ends and before their departure. They must possess the ability to communicate with both families and campers, and approach each day and its unique challenges with energy, patience, and a sense of humor.

Coaches must possess the ability to communicate with a variety of ages, interests, and skill levels as well as have an enthusiasm for baseball and/or softball while approaching each day and its unique challenges with energy, patience, and a sense of humor.

The Facilities Coordinator acts as the epicenter of successful camp operations, spending each camp day on the move to efficiently ensure all activities are set up while proactively spotting and resolving pinch points before they arise. The Facilities Coordinator’s duties are physically rigorous, and they must possess a tenacious work ethic, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude.

Junior Coaches must possess the ability to communicate with a variety of ages, interests, and skill levels as well as have an enthusiasm for soccer while approaching each day and its unique challenges with energy, patience, and a sense of humor.
Junior Coach positions are available for individuals at least 16 years old and still in high school. If you are over 18 years old and/or a high school graduate, please apply for our Coach position.

The Camp & Safety Coordinator (CSC) works closely with fellow on-site leadership and HQ staff to organize and execute the customer service and administrative tasks necessary to run an award-winning camp. The CSC oversees and ensures the day-to-day safety of all program participants and staff. The CSC acts as the on-site representative of the Talent Department – managing staff timecards while addressing any staff questions or concerns.
